The Surf Experience - Lagos

A typical day consists of meeting at the Surfhouse at 08.30, after a delicious homemade breakfast on the roof.

Then we load up the trucks and leave for the beach for the day our instructors pick each morning. We are lucky enough to work on the quietest, friendliest and most beautiful beaches here in the Algarve.

There, we split the surfers into groups according to their skill level, starting from absolute beginners. While the lessons are going on, we also give individual one-to-one lessons if needed. If your surfing level and conditions require a split to another surf spot, we will make sure this is possible.

During your surf lessons, we work on your progress every day and take you to that next step - whether that's standing up for the first time, catching your first green wave or developing your confidence and technique on the back.

We strive to reach your individual goals and focus on progress through fun.

We usually do two 90-minute sessions on either side of lunch, depending on the tide and conditions. We give the best possible lesson with the conditions of that day.

Lessons are taught by our friendly, fully qualified team of male and female instructors.
