As an IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) internationally recognized kite centre, you will be taught by certified instructors with the main focus on safety and independence. Please note the minimum age for the Kite Basic course is 12 years old and are taught in English, unless a specific language has been requested and confirmed by our reservations team.

The comprehensive beginner courses (1 – 4 days) are taught in groups of max. of 2 students per instructor and will turn anyone into a safe and confident IKO level II kiteboarder. We will go through the theory and start practicing with a small trainer kite on land until you feel confident enough to go with a bigger inflatable kite into the water for some fun rounds of body dragging! The final touch will be the water start. All equipment is included in the cost as is equipment insurance.

Our station is situated in the heart of the luxurious Movenpick Resort and Spa, giving you the ultimate kiteboarding experience with all the perks of five-star amenities, in a chilled out kitesurfer atmosphere.

We’ve have multiple chill-out areas where you can kick back and relax with your kite crew, as well as storage lockers to keep your gear safe and sound.

Located on the shores of the Red Sea, our turquoise lagoon offers the best of both worlds, with waist-high water perfect for beginners and a deep-water channel for more experienced riders to explore and experiment. The first sandbar is divided into two sections, with a dedicated downwind sand section where beginners can practice in peace, while the upwind section is reserved for free riders to do their thing. The coral reef at the edge of our lagoon provides calm, flat water with no chop.

For the experienced rider looking for a challenge, our deep-water channel starts about 400 metres from the beach, a playground for wave surfers and those keen to try foiling. If you are lucky, you may even spot dolphins following your board! Our lifeboat is always on standby by the deep water to help you if needed.

But what really sets us apart is our second sandbank, a 1km kite ride right from our station. This sandbank has an array of colourful corals, marine life and sandy areas, offering the perfect opportunity to explore the beautiful Red Sea with your kite.
