Villas Coll *

Our houses :
All of the houses are fully furnished for a maximum of 6 people. The bed bases are sprung slats and the mattresses of good quality, thought of for your comfort. Kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, refrigerator, also electric toaster, microwave oven and electrical or gas coffee makers. Cookers and ovens are powered by gas cylinders. Every house has satellite TV, washing machine and if required in winter, a heater. Bed sheets and bedspreads are provided, and also blankets if needed. There is also an iron and ironing board.
Houses are surrounded by a garden, which includes a Swimming Pool and a shared barbeque. Grill-pans are supplied, but nor coal neither firewood.
Should there be any queries or difficulties (to exchange the gas cylinder and so forth) we do have a Reception, placed behind Villa Coll. The reception will be open for a few hours every morning.

Villa Coll
Maximum capacity 6 people. Garage on the ground floor and living quarters on the first floor. Three bedrooms comprising a master bedroom with a terrace and two bedrooms with twin beds in each one. Full bathroom suite with bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining-living room with fireplace. Windows in every room. Since the terraces in this house, are on a first floor level, they are ideal to avoid strangers’ gaze when sunbathing. Swimming pool.

Villa Maria & Villa Montserrat 1
Maximum capacity 6 people. House on the ground floor. Three bedrooms comprising a master bedroom with a terrace and two bedrooms with twin beds in each one. Full bathroom suite with bath and separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen (Villa Montserrat 1 has a fireplace in the kitchen according to Empordan tradition). Dining-living room with fireplace, opening onto a large terrace. Windows in every room. Garage. Swimming pool.

Villa Montserrat 2 & Villa Montserrat 3
Maximum capacity 6 people. Ground floor house. Three bedrooms comprising a master bedroom with a terrace and two bedrooms with twin beds in each one. Full bathroom suite with bath and separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen in Villa Montserrat 2. Dining-living room with fireplace, opening onto a large terrace. Windows in every room. Garage. Swimming pool.

Casita 1, 2, 3 & 4 (maryjo)
These houses have ground and first floors, and are semidetached (casita 1 adjacent to casita 2) (casita 3 adjacent to casita 4). Although ‘casita’ might suggest small in size, they are very large houses, suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Three bedrooms, a master bedroom with balcony and two bedrooms with twin beds in each one (with a balcony). Full bathroom suite with bath and separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining-living room with fireplace, opening onto a terrace. Windows in every room. Garage with utility room and shower, with entry to the house. Swimming pool.


Apartments La Palmera

Right in the centre of Sant Martí d’Empúries, these apartments are just for those in search of the peace and calm found when living in a small village. Completely equipped to help you enjoy your holiday. Fully refurbished, some in 1999, some of them 2001.

La Palmera 11 & 12
Suitable for 4 people maximum. Ground floor apartments, adjacent to the Plaça Major of Sant Martí d’Empúries. Two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Full bathroom suite with bath. Fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker, refrigerator, electrical toaster, microwave oven and electric coffee maker. Kitchen opens onto dining-living room. The terrace opens onto the square. These apartments are fitted with satellite television, shared washing machine, and a gas heater in winter if required. Iron and ironing board are provided. Bed sheets, bedspreads and blankets (if required) are also provided.

La Palmera 1, 2, 3 & 4
Suitable for a maximum of 4 people. La Palmera 1 & 2 on the ground floor. La Palmera 3 and 4 on a first floor, all four with terrace and views over the sea. Two double bedrooms with twin beds. Full bathroom suite with shower. Fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker, refrigerator, electric toaster, microwave oven, and electric coffee maker. Dining-living room opening onto the terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. Facilities include satellite TV, shared washing machine, and a gas heater if required in the winter. Iron and ironing board are provided. Bed sheets, bedspreads and blankets (if required) are also provided.

La Palmera 5 (penthouse)
Wonderful penthouse with allowed maximum capacity for 8 people. 4 bedrooms. Bedroom (1) Suite type with master bed, ensuite bathroom with bath, with separate washbasin and toilet. Cloakroom with terrace with views over the sea. Another bedroom (2) with double bed, bedroom (3) with twin beds and bedroom (4) with single beds and own bathroom with shower. A further third bathroom with bath. Large fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker, refrigerator, electric toaster, microwave oven and electric coffee maker. The kitchen has a terrace and views to the sea. Hall. Large dining-living room, opening onto two terraces with breathtaking views over the sea. Satellite TV and washing machine in utility room. Iron and ironing board.
Bed sheets, bedspreads, blankets (if required) and a gas heater in the winter are also provided.
