The meal is always a feast and cooking an art of living. The restaurant "Les Jardins de la Médina" welcomes you in the majestic framework of the former reception room of the Riad, under the high ceilings in carved Cedar or by the pool, in the heart of a scented and lush vegetation.
The chef knows to make his dishes tastefully by mixing multiple inspirations; Berber hardness, Oriental refinement, inviting Asian odors. Couscous, tagines, méchouis, tangia or traditional pastillas, and for example, pavé of bream with M ' aassla pumpkin, chicken soup with coconut milk, fine sheet of Caramelized Apples that defy the imagination, and not to forget the pumpkin soufflé of "Les Jardins de la Médina " .
