lby Rondina's rooms are correct but very simple. Usually 3 rooms in 1 building. Each room has a fridge and a terrace for 2 pers. There are 2 rows of buildings, only the front ones have a sea view. The vilas are perpendicular to the sea and are nicer because you have more space to put your things. Everyone puts their kite gear in the room; You can see the sea from your garden/terrace. For the lodgings is the kite club and the very cozy breakfast bar in the lawn. You also rig the kites there. It's a bit strange because you don't have a beach there. There is sand everywhere in the water. no shoes needed. The kite club is more than ok. Right next to Alby Rondina you have hotel Santa Maria. Slightly better rooms and especially a swimming pool. However, with plastic chairs, so a bit of charm and luxury is too short on the entire kitespot. There is a supermarket at 1km , the closest restaurant is +/- 4km, but if you really want a decent restaurant in Trapani or Marsala then you are 15 to 20 minutes away by car. You can't do anything there without a car. Especially because there are also some nice trips to do within an hour's drive, such as Erice: mighty village with telepherique or the temple of Segesta, or the most beautiful beaches of the island in San Vito lo Capo Lo Stagnone's meeega flat water spot is incredibly good for learning to kite. The wind can sometimes change direction very quickly, but since you can stand anywhere (50m deep) 2km far, it doesn't matter. I taught our 10-year-old daughter to kite there and could just let her go where she wanted. She could always stand back if she fell. Of course it can be busy on the water, although the lagoon is very large and you can sail away from the beginners zone. There are also other spots at a maximum of 1 hour drive. Puzzi tedu is the most striking wave spot. (they also teach beginners there) In Windresort you stay in powerful luxury bungalows with kitchen, or tents with communal kitchen and showers. The new restaurant (Aug2022) is going to be mighty! Otherwise you can eat at 1.5 km in the village +/- 3 restaurants
