Side shore wind from the left, waist deep flat water, white sandy bottom, no shore break and an average water temperature of 28 °C makes El Yaque the ideal place to learn, improve and practice kitesurfing.

An extraordanairy safe way of teaching been followed consistanly by your instructor in a boat makes you progressing extremely fast!

The ability to go upwind is not necessarily needed in El Yaque. Just take a ride with the Shuttle boat to Kitebeach, start there and ride the board down to main beach of El Yaque or just end downwind in the boat!
It couldn´t be easier !
Kitebeach with its 2 sqm shallow training area is located 1 mile windwards and can be easily reached by boat shuttle, transfer to kitebeach takes 5 mins by boat.

All kitesurfers can use the whole beach before 9.30 and after 17.30 in front off all windsurfcenters.
Those who can stay upwind can launch from the end of the beach. Local fisherman provide your rescue when something is going wrong!
