Nomad kite events
Event description
Nomad Kite Events welcomes kiters of all experience levels to join the Nomad family, here in Egypt, for a shared kiteboarding experience. Whether you are traveling in a group or on your own, we invite you to join us on one of our Kiteboarding events/camps.
Our events are the perfect choice for a solo traveler. You will spend your trip getting to know like-minded people and be surrounded by kiters of varied experience levels, from all over the globe.
As well as spending our time out with you on the water, we will show you our favorite places around the beautiful and safe little town of El Gouna. Enjoy your evenings with other members of the Nomad family dining out together or exploring the wonderful local night life.

What you can expect:
During the event our instructors will plan your days based on your own personal progression. We always start the lessons from your level. After all everybody learns at a different pace and we want all our guests to feel confident and safe; knowing they are ready to progress to the next stage.
Once we’ve got familiar with our equipment, all set up and safety checks completed we will head directly to the water.
Beginners:
For beginners the aim of event will be to get you up and riding independently before you leave!
You will enjoy:
- 2 sessions per day (approx. 4-5h/day) with a qualified IKO instructor (weather permitting)
- The use of brand new professional equipment from North kiteboarding.
- Once you are riding independently, you will be free to use the equipment for as long as you like and we will be on hand to give advice and answer any questions you may have.
- Joining us for our evening events & no-wind activities in El Gouna (Not included in the price)
Intermediate:
If you are an intermediate rider, we will be there to support and guide you along your journey towards learning some new skills and first tricks!
You will enjoy:
- 1 session per day (approx. 1.5-2h/day) with a qualified IKO instructor (weather permitting)
- 6 days unlimited use of our brand new equipment from North Kiteboarding
- GoPro sessions
- New equipment from North kiteboarding
- Be a part of our evening events & no-wind activities in El Gouna (Not included in the price)
Advanced:
If you are an advanced rider, we will be there to support you and help you get the most from your riding, perfect your tricks and learn some new ones too!
You will enjoy:
- 1 session per day (approx. 1.5-2h/day) with a qualified IKO instructor. Learning anything from jumps to unhooked freestyle riding. (weather permitting)
- 6 days unlimited use of our brand new North Kiteboarding equipment
- GoPro sessions
- Be a part of our evening events. & no-wind activities in El Gouna (Not included in the price)
In case of no wind?
We offer discounts on no wind activates such as: the cable park, SUP tours around El Gouna, mountain hikes, snorkeling, horse riding quad biking and more.
In the event of less than 3 days, of no wind, you will pay only for the hours you have completed. If you have completed 4 full days or more, you will have exceeded the price of 560 euros and will be charged for the full amount.
The center:
We are located inside Element Watersport, just ask for Nomad Kite events at the reception. The center is a 10 min Tuk Tuk ride from Marina and the hotels. The Kite center is extremely well equipped with everything you will need:
- Clean bathrooms and changing rooms
- Compressors for filling kites
- Equipment Cleaning Tanks
- First Aid
- A restaurant perfect for taking a break and enjoying some lunch
- lockers and storage areas
- Sunbathing areas
- A kids playground
- Chill out zones
- Windsurfing and land sailing
- Also available is Ping pong, Slack line, Football & Volleyball
Kite spot:
Our lagoon and teaching spot is the biggest in El Gouna with plenty of space in the water for us all. The water is waist deep with a sandy bottom and perfect side-shore wind, makes the spot ideal for learning and practicing, especially for our beginner riders. The rescue boat is always on hand should you ever find yourself in the need of some assistance to get back to shore.
