Tropico Latino invites you to taste a unique mix of high quality local fish, meats and vegetarian dishes. We strive to use organic ingridients when they are available.

We present an avant-garde cuisine using local and native products with the flavors of traditional and artisanal dishes. We use innovation, textures and sensations as means to find the flavors we look for.Our chef Randy Siles, recently named the ambassador of the sustainable and healthy cuisine plan for Costa Rica, has a fusion style called “Author’s Cuisine,”which is a free-style way of cooking that lets him create original recipes from his imagination.
