Dear Bo,
We immensely enjoyed our stay with Wildwind Mauritius!
Great sailing experience, combining practice on the lagoon, sail away or out-of-reef sessions and a few journeys to discover other parts of the island. The boats are nice and well maintained. Highly competent instructors are always available to help or advise. While safety is taken very seriously, it all happens in a relax and friendly atmosphere. We also enjoyed the few events with the Wildwind team after business hours :) Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!
Accommodation is ok, although rooms on the street side as we had should better be avoided unless you can't miss the city noise… Overall the hotel is ok but not particularly attractive. A funny bureaucratic system is in place for the bar and drinks, kind of reminded me of some hotels in Eastern Europe under the communist era 
Nevertheless, we had a great time and for sure will reiterate the adventure!
As a side note we'd also like to thank Peter for his efforts to sort our messy departure on a Sunday!
