AccomodationEldorado Lodge Rooms with Bathroom are almost all sea view. They are few, simple and clean reflecting the peacefulness and quiet atmosphere of the Lodge. All rooms are furnished with air-condition, fan, a small fridge and hot water al the day long.

Wood-Oven
The Eldorado Restaurant boasts one of the few wood oven all around Dahab. The oven is all hand-built and is made by Sinai firebricks guaranteeing a unique baking of its kind: flavors that only a wood cooking can create. Pizza, Lasagna, Vegetables and Bread get a very attractive look and an incomparable fragrance and crispness.
Homemade Pasta
Following the italian tradition all Pasta in Eldorado is homemade. This way of working pasta guarantee a real and unique taste which go well together with the great variety of the typical italian sauces offered by Eldorado. You can enjoy our homemade tagliatelle, tagliolini, tortelli, gnocchi, strozzapreti, tortellini and tasting them with our genuine bolognese sauce, pesto, cheese sauce and blue cheese, tomato and basil, shrimps and zucchini etc
